  • Each material, feature, and dimension is selected for resilience or performance, not cost. If a material is technical, recycled, or particularly cool we use it. Simple as that. We use the same materials our competitors charge 2x or 3x for.

  • We test our designs over several prototype rounds across continents and in real world conditions. After each shakedown we iterate on the weak points and improve the design. When all the issues are fixed, that’s when it’s time for mass production.

Patterned wall tapestries made by H’mong artists in Tả Van Village, Vietnam. XOÀI Packs frequently tests products in the mountains here, and is partnering with local women to let their work travel further.

FFG is a bespoke backpack manufacturer specializing in high quality bags and low minimum order quantities (MOQs). The team has over 20 years of experience, and they’re located just outside of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Above all, we are working with FFG for their obvious care for people and product. Their team is capable and friendly, and the factory has a personal feel which is exceedingly rare in any manufacturing space.
